Kathleen Arseneau, BSW, RSW

Clients often describe Kathleen as approachable, straightforward, and supportive. She aims to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest about what they’re struggling with, while also being gently challenged to move toward meaningful change.

Outside of the therapy room, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her partner and her dog,Starlett. She loves listening to music, going for drives, spending time at the beach, and enjoying time with the people she cares about. She values the simple moments that allow her to relax, recharge, and stay connected to the people and things that bring her joy.

About

Kathleen works with adults who are looking for clarity, direction, and practical support in managing challenges such as ADHD, addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression. She offers a direct and collaborative approach that helps clients better understand their patterns while also focusing on what can be changed in the here and now.

Many clients come to therapy feeling like they’ve tried “everything” or are stuck repeating the same cycles. Kathleen helps break things down into manageable steps, making the process feel more structured and actionable. Her goal is to support clients in building insight while also creating real, tangible shifts in daily functioning and emotional well-being.

Her style is warm, honest, and focused. Sessions often balance reflection with skill-building so clients leave with both understanding and practical tools they can apply between sessions.
