FAQs
Are therapy services and other services covered by insurance?
Therapy at Inner Connection Therapy and Wellness is provided by Registered Social Workers (RSWs) and is often covered by most insurance companies. Insurance companies may cover all or part of the associated service fees. It is best to contact your insurance company directly to clarify your coverage. Other services offered by Inner Connection Therapy and Wellness may not be covered, but some fees can be claimed as a deduction from your taxable income.
How do therapy sessions work?
Sessions with our professionals are 60-70 minutes in length. Therapy is available via secure online video counseling or in-person sessions.
How do your other services work?
Some services may be 90 minutes or less. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs, and we will provide you with detailed information.
How many sessions will I need?
We do not provide a specific time frame or set number of sessions. You will progress at your own pace, and all of our professionals will respect that.
