Eileen MacDonald, MSW, RSW

Clients often describe Eileen as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. She places strong importance on creating a respectful and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable moving at a pace that feels manageable for them.
Outside of her work, Eileen enjoys yoga, knitting, and spending time with family and friends. She values the simple moments that allow her to slow down, connect with the people she loves, and make space for the things she enjoys.
About
With over 35 years of clinical experience, Eileen offers a calm and reassuring presence for
youth and adults who are navigating anxiety, grief, stress, and life transitions. She creates a space where clients can speak openly, feel genuinely heard, and begin to untangle experiences that may have felt heavy or confusing to carry alone.
Â
Many people seek support when they find themselves coping on the surface while internally feeling stretched, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Eileen supports clients in gently exploring these experiences, making sense of long-standing patterns, and finding ways to bring more ease and clarity into daily life.

Her approach is collaborative and supportive, blending reflection with practical strategies. She helps clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
