Angélique holds a diploma in Social Work Techniques and is also a certified hypnotherapist. She offers an integrative and holistic approach that differs from traditional psychotherapy by combining supportive counselling, hypnotherapy, and Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Her work creates a supportive space to explore personal, emotional, and embodied experiences while encouraging greater self-awareness, reconnection, and access to new internal resources. She works with clients experiencing stress-related symptoms and supports them in developing new strategies for self-understanding, emotional management, and emotional release.
Angélique works with children, teenagers, and adults. She also offers breathwork sessions specifically adapted for children, providing age-appropriate opportunities to explore breathing, body awareness, and tools that can support emotional regulation, calming, and overall well-being.
She has a particular interest in supporting clients following significant personal experiences, including personal development or spiritual retreats. Her work can help individuals integrate new insights and experiences into their everyday lives in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
Angélique also co-facilitates children's groups and breathwork experiences within Inner Connection Therapy & Wellness.
