Dominique Méthé, BSW, RSW

Outside of her work, Dominique loves settling in with a good book and a coffee in hand.
Spending time with her family and being in nature are some of the things that bring her the most joy. She also loves stepping outside of her comfort zone and discovering new places through travel.

You can often find her laughing at a bad joke, fully embodying whatever music is playing in her ears, and simply enjoying the moment wherever she goes. Her warm, playful, and genuine personality carries into the way she connects with the people around her.

Clients often describe Dominique as warm, validating, and deeply present. She offers a space where clients do not need to “have the right words,” and where their experiences can be met with care, understanding, and respect.

About

Dominique specializes in supporting women through some of the most tender and life-changing moments of the perinatal journey. She works with individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and birth-related trauma, offering a compassionate space where these experiences can be gently explored and held without judgment.

She understands how isolating and overwhelming these chapters of life can feel, especially when emotions are complex or difficult to put into words. Dominique’s focus is on creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they process what they’ve been through and begin to reconnect with themselves.

Her work is centred on emotional validation, gentle processing, and helping clients move
through experiences that may feel heavy, confusing, or unresolved. She supports clients in making sense of their story at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
