Julie Dupuis, MSW, RSW

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Julie believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. She takes the time to understand what brings each person to therapy, identify their objectives, and draw from approaches that best fit their unique needs. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to build resilience and create meaningful change.

Clients often appreciate Julie’s warm, approachable, and compassionate presence. She creates a space where people can feel comfortable being themselves, while working collaboratively toward greater confidence, resilience, and well-being.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys kayaking, hiking, jogging, creating art inspired by nature, and spending time with her family and animals. She finds connection with nature to be an important source of balance and enjoys staying active and making time for the simple things that bring her joy.
