Her work blends evidence-based practices with a holistic perspective, empowering clients to build healthier habits, deepen self-understanding, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
Clients often describe Marie-Michelle as engaging, encouraging, and authentic. She brings warmth, curiosity, and optimism into each session, creating an environment where clients feel supported while also feeling empowered to take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
Outside of her work, Marie-Michelle enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and two children. She loves moving her body and regularly practices mindfulness and meditation. Marie-Michelle has always been someone who loves to learn, ask questions, and explore new ideas. She enjoys discovering connections between different areas of knowledge and finding ways to bring what she learns into everyday life. She is especially passionate about sharing knowledge around ADHD, mindfulness, and well-being, and loves conversations that challenge her thinking and open the door to new perspectives.
About
Marie-Michelle is the Co-Founder of Inner Connection Therapy & Wellness and a registered social worker who supports adults navigating ADHD-related challenges, anxiety, substance use, stress, and life transitions. Her work is rooted in the belief that people are not defined by their symptoms or struggles, but by their capacity for change, resilience, and reconnection with themselves.
Â
She offers a therapeutic space that is active, hopeful, and forward-moving, where clients are supported in understanding their patterns while also learning how to shift them in practical, meaningful ways. Many people come to therapy feeling as though they’ve been carrying the weight of their challenges on their own. Marie-Michelle helps clients cultivate self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful changes that align with the life they want to live.

For Marie-Michelle, growth is an ongoing process, one that comes through curiosity, experience, connection, and a willingness to keep evolving. Marie-Michelle believes that therapy is about more than overcoming challenges. It’s about discovering your strengths, reconnecting with what matters most, and building a life that feels aligned with your values and aspirations.
