Welcome to Inner Connection Therapy & Wellness.
We’re Marie-Michelle Mekary (RSW, N.D.) and Melanie Goguen (MSW, RSW), co-owners and therapists passionate about whole-person healing.
We created this space to help you reconnect with yourself, understand your nervous system, and navigate life’s challenges with compassion and care.
After years in mental health, we saw that people crave more than coping skills—they need true connection to their bodies, emotions, and healing.

Marie-Michelle specializes in ADHD, anxiety, stress, and life transitions, using CBT, breathwork, and mindfulness to bring clarity and balance. Melanie combines evidence-based therapy, somatic work, nervous system regulation, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and breathwork to help clients reconnect with their bodies and build resilience.

We also host group and community breathwork events, offering support and grounding in a shared space. Whether for one-on-one therapy, nervous system work, or community healing, we’re here to walk alongside you. Healing doesn’t have to happen alone, and we’re honored to be part of your journey.
