Meet Our Founder & Lead Clinical Social Worker

Hey there! I’m Marie-Michelle Mekary (RSW, N.D.), and I’m so glad you found your way here.

Let’s be honest life can feel like a rollercoaster. One moment you’re cruising, the next you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or just feeling off.

That’s where I come in.

With nine years of experience as a social worker, I’ve supported individuals through a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use.

I offer various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Breathwork Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help you release stress, restore balance, regain control, and fully embrace your personal journey. I’m here to support and guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself.
