Meet Our Founder & Lead Clinical Social Worker

Hey there! I’m Marie-Michelle Mekary (RSW, N.D), and I’m so happy you found your way here!

Let’s be honest—life can feel like a rollercoaster. One minute you’re cruising, the next you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or just feeling off.

That’s where I come in! With nine years of experience as a social worker, I’ve helped people navigate everything from ADHD, stress, depression and anxiety to life transitions and substance use challenges.

I offer different types of therapy, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and mindfulness-based therapy, to help you release stress, regain balance, take back control of your life, and fully embrace your personal journey.

I’m here to support and guide you toward the best version of yourself.
